Torrance, CA May 10, 2012 – Broadata Communications a leading manufacturer of fiber optic technology, announced that Reza Mozafari has joined the organization.

 

Reza brings to Broadata nearly 25 years of experience in design and manufacturing in the electronics, automotive and aerospace industries.  Reza has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from CSUN.  In 1989, Reza joined Schlumberger ATE division as a hardware design engineer.  He transitioned to Operations in 1992 and progressively advanced his career to become the Director of Manufacturing of complex automated test equipment.  In 2007, Reza joined Kavlico as the Director of Automation and Operations and led a staff of over 600 manufacturing sensors for the automotive and aerospace applications.  Reza’s areas of expertise are in New Product Introduction, Supply Chain Management, Outsourcing and Lean Manufacturing.  Reza joined Broadata in 2011.  His primary role is to setup and expand manufacturing operations for the new Link Bridge product family and implement world class manufacturing techniques to support and sustain the significant growth of Broadata.
