Maidenhead, Berkshire UK, 23rd November 2012 - TV One, a leading designer and manufacturer of cutting-edge video and multimedia processing equipment, continues to expand its presence with the opening of a new R&D and Training centre in Maidenhead, UK.
Located in the M4 corridor, just 25 minutes by train from central London and 25 minutes by taxi from London Heathrow Airport, the new facility has been designed to provide an R&D Centre of Excellence that includes a Training Room for 16 students and a Conference Room. Up to 45 staff will be employed at the Maidenhead site; the vast majority will be new recruits, mainly R&D engineers.

The new facility was officially opened on Wednesday 21st November by The Worshipful the Mayor of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Councillor Colin Rayner. "I am delighted that TV One has shown confidence in investing in Maidenhead" said the Mayor. "It is a two way commitment between the town of Maidenhead and TV One."
