The Pocket Toner is a simple, easy to use tool to "ring out cables". By attaching the battery section to either a male or female F connector of the cable you are trying to trace or identify, and then fitting the smaller "buzzer" piece to any cables where you think your cable terminates, you will identify the correct cable when the buzzer sounds.
