CDSVAN combines a conference system (Congress Data System) with drag and drop DSP software for real-time audio processing (Virtual audio network). CDSVAN does not use any audio compression and thus offers excellent sound quality. Processing and expansion, such as E.Q., routing and mixing are realized in software. No additional hardware is required. Due to CDSVAN’s open architecture, external systems can be easily linked and/or economically integrated. This enables systems featuring multi-room-management, control of functions via IP network or interfaces to other systems. Such interfaces are available for each channel and in multiple formats such as AES-EBU, S/PDIF, ADAT, ASIO, WAV, etc. CDSVAN is the only system worldwide with integrated RFID technology. With the personalized RFID-Chip the delegates will be identified in all conference situations. The RFID-card acts as a “door release” for the entire building. Delegates, who accidently find them-selves in the wrong conference room immediately, get feedback from the system due to unverified access data. They automatically cannot gain entry in a wrong conference room. The delegate has to place his RFID-card close to the delegate unit to be identified and the card itself can remain in his wallet.
